Welcome to ESP
Now in its sixth year, the Elite Summer Program fosters both physical and mental well-being. We believe true player development comes through mindful practice in a challenging yet supportive environment. This summer, ESP will focus on recovery, speed, strength & conditioning, technical skills, and small-sided play to maximize growth.

7:30am - 12:30 pm
Players will train intensively, recover properly, and enjoy multi-sport activities. They should bring snacks and will have a lunch break from 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM, with access to playgrounds, basketball courts, and a splash pad for cooling off. This program fosters skill development, fitness, and overall enjoyment.​​​
