Service Description
The flexible tactical tune-up. Gain specialized insights and maintain sharpness for an intensive multi-sport summer. Flexible training day options with your choice of up to two sessions per week - training sessions beginning May 26th through August 7th. Training Top Is Included and worn during training sessions. Additional training tops are available for online purchase. 7:30 am - 9:00 am - High School, College, and Adult 8:30 am - 10:00 am - Middle School and Elementary Mondays & Wednesdays - Athletic Development, Speed, Agility, Strength & Conditioning + Soccer Tuesdays - Technical Training + Weekly Topic Training + 5v5 Thursdays - Technical Training + Weekly Topic Small sided games The Elite Summer Program is recommended for athletes who are playing at a competitive level or those who want to move up to the next level. The summer off-season program will prepare athletes for their fall club seasons and accelerate their over-all player development. Training sessions will be designed to challenge athletes to grow physically, mentally, technically, and tactically.
